At JCI The Heart of Europe, we believe that true leadership starts from within. This spring, our chapter took a bold step toward empowering young leaders by launching a workshop series focused on mindset, beliefs, and personal growth — key ingredients to unlocking human potential.
In April, we kicked off the series with a powerful “Beliefs Workshop”, designed and facilitated by one of our own members, Diane Richier, mindset coach and rising voice in the personal development space. During this transformative session, members explored the invisible beliefs that shape our thoughts, actions, and impact as leaders. Through reflection, interactive coaching exercises, and group discussion, participants identified limiting patterns and began to rewrite their inner narratives.
By investing in mindset work, we equip our members not only to grow personally, but to create ripple effects in their businesses, communities, and lives. And we’re not stopping there. After the summer, we’re diving even deeper with a “Values Workshop” — a hands-on session designed to help members clarify their personal and leadership values and show up with greater authenticity and power. Once again, the workshop will be led by Diane, whose unique coaching style blends clarity, depth, and courage.
